Thousands Attend Pro-Palestinian Rallies as Organisers Promise to Continue Demonstrating
Numerous individuals assembled throughout the country at pro-Palestinian protests, with coordinators promising to keep demonstrating after a ceasefire deal brokered by Donald Trump in Gaza initially appeared to be holding.
Sydney Protest Gathers Substantial Attendance
In Sydney, the Palestine Action Group claimed a crowd of 30,000 had demonstrated from the central park to another city park in the city center after a planned rally to the famous building was restricted by the state judicial body in recent days.
Local authorities assessed eight thousand participants joined the local rally, with a spokesperson reporting there had been "no significant incidents".
Countrywide Protests Remember Occasion
Protests were also organized in southern city, eastern city and Western Australian city on Sunday to commemorate 24 months of conflict after armed incidents on 7 October 2023 resulted in approximately 1,200 deaths in the region.
"Concerning the protest efforts, we'll certainly maintain to demonstrate for Palestinian freedom... for autonomy in the territory, for aid to be allowed in and for locals to reconstruct their homes," commented a coordinator.

Jewish Australians Organizes Memorial
Separately, thousands attended a Jewish memorial service on Sunday night in eastern Sydney to mark the second anniversary of 7 October. Geoffrey Majzner, the brother of Galit Carbone, an national who was deceased in the incident, was arranged to talk.

The NSW Greens MP the legislator addressed participants: "We cannot let a world where Trump determines the destiny of Palestinians to be the type of reality we accept."
Another organiser who filed the initial request to protest at the iconic venue claimed that the demonstrators might have securely proceeded to the iconic waterfront location. The law enforcement official had previously told the court of appeal that the proposal seemed problematic.
The organiser stated at the event: "Whenever the law enforcement seeks to prevent our rallies or take us to the supreme court, it increases community attention... to the necessity to organize and stand up against it."
